I work primarily with oil paints, but sometimes with acrylics as well. Some of my paintings are done with a
technique called surrealist automatism. I let the brush flow onto the canvas without a thought as to what I'm
going to paint. I disconnect my mind and sometimes even paint with the canvas upside-down.
Often, a fish or two will appear somewhere in my paintings.
Most of the paintings which are done via surrealist automatism usually depict images of what happens to the
soul or the spirit in the afterlife.
The painting on the right is showing a soul or spirit as it gets pulled up into the next life.
